Whether you’re dreaming of a rustic ranch setting, an urban vibe in Bismarck, or some special touches that showcase your personality and interests, this planning session is where we make those dreams happen.

Got outfits in mind or need a little guidance? Don’t worry; I’m here to help. We’ll chat wardrobe, location ideas, and any must-have shots you want so that by the time session day comes, we’re set for success!

2. Arriving At The Studio Or Location

Your session day is all about creating an experience you’ll love, so we’ll start by setting a relaxed and friendly vibe. If we’re starting at my ranch studio in Tuttle, ND, you’ll find we have tons of different backdrops to work with—wide open fields, classic rustic touches, cozy studio shots, and endless possibilities. If we’re meeting at a different location in the area, I’ll have everything ready for us to jump right in and explore those perfect settings.

My goal is to make you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend, so no stiff poses or uncomfortable moments. It’s all about capturing your natural self!

3. Professional Hair and Makeup (Optional, but Worth It!)

While it’s totally up to you, adding professional hair and makeup is a fantastic way to enhance your natural beauty and make you feel like a star. I work with a stylist who’s been with me for years, and she knows how to bring out your best features while keeping your look age-appropriate and true to YOU. We’ll get everything done right here so you can step out feeling your best, and we can dive straight into shooting with that flawless, fresh look.
